Leadership team coaching
To really add value to individuals within a leadership team through one to one coaching, it is fantastic if I also have the opportunity to work with the team as a collective group.
I also appreciate that sometimes coaching and leadership team development are separated - and I am equally as happy to coach individuals within a team that has sourced team development support for ‘away days’ elsewhere. I work with a handful of carefully selected partner coaches, when there is need for more than one coach to select from across a team.
I am not a trainer and do not have a set workshop format. As with my one to one coaching, I listen to the Founder/ CEO/ Head of People/ HR Director etc and understand their requirements and build sessions around this. I really enjoy working with leadership teams in growing businesses. Founder-led entities managing growth, businesses transitioning or adapting from founder-led to CEO following a merger, acquisition or investment – or the newly formed team of a high-growth start-up.

About me
I am pragmatic, calm and questioning. I aim to understand individuals in a complete sense. I am not looking for easy every-day coaching - I help facilitate change effectively and enable individuals and teams to cope with this, maintain momentum - and enjoy what they do (most of the time!)
