Marketing project management
Monkhouse PR was established in 2001 and during that time, I have been involved in many projects. I now support in-house marketing functions (or fill a gap where this is lacking) in sourcing the right team to deliver marketing projects; brand reviews, brand creation, website development, internal marketing training and development.
I use my experience to support businesses where they may need a helping-hand during a project or someone that they can trust to create the right team for the right budgets. I can challenge both agency and client as I have seen both sides, to ensure that both are allowed to deliver effectively. I know what questions to ask, what budgets are fair and what timelines are realistic. I can be a neutral conduit as and when required. I have helped to market anything from schools to food and drink start-ups. If the business and people are interesting, I am interested!

I am pragmatic, calm and questioning. I aim to understand individuals in a complete sense. I am not looking for easy every-day coaching - I help facilitate change effectively and enable individuals and teams to cope with this, maintain momentum - and enjoy what they do (most of the time!)
